Drs Travis and Lisa Mestad have lived in Independence since opening our practice in 2008, and truly love this town. We are the proud parents of three beautiful children Madison 6, Gavin 4, and Logan 1.

Dr Travis
Dr Travis is a 2007 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr Travis has advanced training and experience using the Pro-Adjuster and Decompression Therapy. Dr. Travis enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
Dr Lisa
Dr Lisa is a 2002 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr Lisa has pursued extra training in post-doctorate degree in order to become proficient in the diagnostic and clinical skills in treating pediatrics and pregnancy. Dr Lisa enjoys traveling, gardening, and reading to her kids.
